We’ve done it again – unleashed a beer that doesn’t politely ask permission. Say hello to the newest troublemaker in our Drop It Like It’s HOP Experimental Series –Billy Goat Summer Sour.

Bright, spritzy and refreshingly tart, this warm-weather weapon takes a cheeky nod from old-world Berliner Weisse and Gose, then gives them a modern Spinifex kick. Expect juicy stone fruit vibes of peach and apricot from the Kakadu Plum (aka. Billy Goat), a soft lactic tang from our sour yeast doing its thing, and a clean, thirst-smashing finish that keeps you coming back for more. Brewed right here in Perth and built for sunshine, Billy Goat is playful, punchy and just sour enough to keep things interesting. Available in limited quantities for a short time only.
