Spinifex Brewing Co. is proud to support WeSpotTurtles.org, a West Australian-based app that’s transforming sea turtle conservation through community engagement and cutting-edge technology. By using AI-powered photo recognition, We Spot Turtles enables users to identify and track individual turtles by their unique facial scales and shell patterns—much like a fingerprint. This groundbreaking approach is especially vital for species like Western Australia’s Flatback turtle, which is currently classified as “data deficient.” With the help of everyday citizens and a growing database of turtle sightings, We Spot Turtles is making it possible to gather the critical data needed to protect these vulnerable creatures and ensure their survival for generations to come.

Spinifex Brewing Co is proud to source our native Australian Botanicals from Australian majority Indigenous owned company A Little Wild Australia. Little Wild Australia is a majority Indigenous-owned company led by Mick Little, a highly successful entrepreneur and proud Indigenous Australian. Our team combines exceptional experience in food and beverage product development and production, marketing and export, environmental sustainability and business development. We transform native Australian botanicals from the ancient Western Australian land into extraordinary food, beverage and skincare products using cutting edge extraction technologies. Sustainability is central to what we do and is reflected in our Black Soldier Fly (BSF) Project. This project utilises Black Soldier Fly Larvae to consume organic waste to produce high protein, low carbon footprint stock feeds and nutrient dense frass to replenish degraded soils.
