Shipping Policy

At Spinifex Brewing Co, we’re committed to getting your gear and good times delivered as smoothly as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with all the details.

Shipping Within Australia

Western Australia

  • $15 flat rate shipping on all beer and merchandise orders
  • Beer shipping available within WA only (up to 2 cubes per order)

Interstate Australia

  • $15 flat rate shipping on all merchandise orders
  • Please note: beer is currently unavailable for interstate delivery

Select local pickup at checkout, and your order will be ready within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive an email once it’s good to go, along with pickup instructions.

Pickup Hours:
Mon–Fri: 9am–5pm

Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping on beer products.
For merchandise-only international orders, get in touch with us and we’ll provide a custom shipping quote based on your location.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@spinifexbrewery.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

We’ll review each case individually and do our best to sort it out quickly.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but can’t be found, we recommend checking:

  • Around your property
  • Safe drop locations
  • With neighbours or building management
